Blackbird Applique

White patches of fabric for the background including vintage table cloth, hand stitched. Strip of patterned fabric with feather stitch and running stitch. Patterned fabric was also used on the bird, although this does not show up too well on the photo. Back stitch outline for the bird.

This book is for my collection of paper cuts. These were mainly designed on my tablet, transferred to the computer, then brought into 'Make the Cut' as a pixel trace and then cut with my cutting machine. The machine is a KNK Zing Air. I've used a variety of papers and card.

I've just spent a few days in Malaga, Spain, had a great time but came back with a heavy cold.

These were some of the decorations and Christmas lights there and below that are a couple of unusual trees.
