This is my first post for 2026 so Happy New Year everyone, I hope it will be a healthy one too. Thankyou for visiting and for the lovely comments you have left over the past year.
Doodlewash - Dec 21. Favourite decoration [it's not really, it seemed easier to paint than some others]
Joining in with Friday Face Off
28. Lamp post
January 6. Skunk
7. Salt, 8. Argyle
9. Apricot
I made eight mushroom house lamps for gifts for friends.
I'll show details of four this week and four next week.
I used cardboard, a small glass spice jar, foil and covered with DAS clay and paint. I also inserted a battery tea light into each, just switch on underneath.
I will be using these for two of the photo challenges too.
Pull up a Seat Photo Challenge in Cyprus [Sept 25]
It's not like that here in the UK at the moment, it's very cold, dull and wet.
I made a snow pig last weekend.
The snow has gone now from around here although not in other parts of the UK.
Flower of the Day - Amaryllis
That is it for today, enjoy the coming week.
