I keep reading about 'one world one heart' on other blogs so I thought I would join in the fun. Click on the picture above to see who else is participating and to read more about it.
I love to create and dabble with all kinds of art and crafts including embroidery, illustration, doodling, altered books, digital art, photography etc etc etc.
This event is for all bloggers and we are giving away prizes for just dropping by and leaving a comment.
The prize I am giving away are two mixed media textile ATC's, well actually they are slightly larger than ATC's as the fabric is wrapped around stiff card. They have layers of felt, tyvek, metallic foil, distressed chiffon and hand embroidery.
To win this prize leave a comment making sure that I can contact you and visit your blog. The winner will be picked at random and will be announced on my blog on February 17th. I shall also contact the winner by email.

These are gorgeous! I love all the textures and color you've created in these pieces. I've recently started dabbling in mixed media fiber arts myself and it has been a wonderful experience. "It's not your grandmas quilting" so there are no rules, you just get to explore and create. Love it! Oh wow, those are lovely. it almost looks as though the material has rusted (as impossible as that may be). I love the colors in this (rust being a definite fav!). The second one almost looks like it has spend years in the ocean with both the rust color and what looks like tiny barnacles covering the surface.
