I think the blade was incorrectly set or it became loose for the one on the right.
The design on the left came unstuck in places so didn't cut correctly.
The design doesn't show up very well sometimes on patterned paper.
Sketchbook 50
This book is for my collection of paper cuts. These were mainly designed on my tablet, transferred to the computer, then brought into 'Make the Cut' as a pixel trace and then cut with my cutting machine. The machine is a KNK Zing Air. I've used a variety of papers, cards and fabric.
Although the cutter seems a bit temperamental at times, you also get some interesting results.
ReplyDeleteOf these designs I like the first two. Depending on how much contrast you have with the paper underneath you get a soft or sharp look.
