I tried to copy from photographs for the deer above and the two paintings below but was disappointed with how they turned out. Stick to my usual style or practice more?
My daughter asked if I could decorate 3 t-shirts with vintage 79 as she and two friends were celebrating 40th birthdays. I cut the numbers and letters out of heat transfer vinyl on my digital cutting machine. They were then ironed onto the t-shirts.
I'll not be posting for a couple of weeks or so but I'll be back.
Your highly decorated animals remind me of all the tattooed people I saw in Sweden this summer!
ReplyDeleteI say: Do both, practise copying photographs, but you must absolutely also stick to your original very unique style.
