Altered Book

I couldn't sleep one night so I thought I would mess about in an altered book, a Pissarro art book.

I used some old letraset for the apple

Then I painted it with watercolour

I used bits of old greetings cards

I received my copy of the Twitter Art Exhibit Book for 2022 last month. I don't know if it has pictures of every postcard sent in but there are a lot. My postcard is the hare with sunflowers. It is over and done with for this year but they are advertising for next years event which will be held in Vancouver to support UNYAyouth.{Urban Native Youth association}. Anyone can send in a postcard so why don't you have a go?

I thought I would try the same flowers with a white background and then a black one.

I wanted a background for my sunflower and I found this one in my archives painted with the 'painter' app on my tablet. I did adjust it with a filter in photoshop because the sunflower was blending in too much.
