Droopy Tulips

I've almost finished another fabric book, just got the end pages for each side and the cover to do, then join it all together.........etc.....

    Now what was it my grandmother said was the best way to keep tulips from drooping? Put a penny (copper) in the vase? Or was it a lump of sugar? Maybe by following these pieces of advice the tulips will droop ever more!
