Inktense blocks and Pencils on fabric. I tried using hand sanitizer gel to stop the paint running. It kind of worked but left marks where I'd put it, perhaps I should put it all over.
I had another go at the grand children, it is a bit better but not great. Elliot's blue tongue is from an ice lolly.
This is the same one as last week but I've put in a background
Gelli Print Book [double page spreads]
The face is from a magazine
The big owl is a gelli print, the small owl a paper cut.
The bird is a paper cut
The robin is a layer of paper napkin
I was trying different types of pen, wax crayon etc to gelli print.
The bird is a cut out

The narrowest street in Stockholm
I've got more photos from Stockholm still to come
Have a great week!
ONGosh!!!! That first face is breathtaking. All of your art is so amazing. You have a special talent for sure. Wonderful photos of Stockholm. Thank you for sharing with FFO and have a nice weekend.

ReplyDeleteOh I love the little boy with the blue tongue. And I can't see where your hand sanitizer left any marks. Those photos of the old part of Stockholm are great. It's so empty, you must have been there at a good time. Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteIsn't it amazing the colour that can stay on the tongue from an ice lolly!
ReplyDeleteLovely photographs from your holiday in Stockholm, that street is incredibly narrow!
Enjoy your weekend.
All the best Jan

You have experimented a lot this time - good to stretch one's creativity in different directions.
ReplyDeleteHow lucky you were to see Stockholm without the usual graffiti - the buildings in Old Town look very attractive! Mårten Trotzigs Gränd, the narrowest street in Stockholm is usually grubby with spray paint.
Queenie
The fabric technique is not familiar to me, looks wonderful. Thanks for sharing the Stockholm photos.
ReplyDeleteHappy weekend ☺️
I haven't had a lot of luck with Gelli printing. I have a Gelli plate, but somehow I can't get the technique right.
ReplyDeleteYour's look great.
Wonderful portraits, especially that blue tongue, LOL!
ReplyDeleteYour artwork is so good, I love looking at the portraits. The photos are great. That narrow street is scary.
ReplyDeleteInktense can be fixed with aloe vera gel, but it does change the appearance and the handle of the fabric.
