You don't see many of these traditional telephone boxes anymore. This one in Scotland didn't have a working phone, it had a box with free books for kids
A wooden tortoise.
This little beetle was a metallic bronze colour, it's resting on a plastic peg.
I started a painting today so I may have something arty to show next time.
Bye for now, enjoy your week.
Wow! All of these photos are fantastic. I love all the flowers. There is something special about that phone booth. The turtle made my day. Thank you for sharing with FFO and have a nice weekend.
ReplyDeleteThat garden show had a lot to offer, didn't it? Those garden chairs are quite large but I like the shade they'd offer since they are kind of boxy. Happy weekend.
ReplyDeleteI found the twin or couple chairs interesting.

Near us, the old telephone boxes sometimes have defibrillators in them.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful flowers and fruit.
ReplyDeleteLovely to see this traditional telephone box.
I too have seen some being used as little libraries.
Have a happy October.
All the best Jan
Your photos are absolutely gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteI would thoroughly enjoy sitting in one of those sitting nooks, with a cup of coffee, a book, and my art journal. Happy belated FFO!
ReplyDeleteSo colourful and vibrant. Lots of inspiration for your painting.
