Acrylic Painting
i thought I would have another go with acrylics for a change. I did a landscape from an art book trying to copy in a loose sort of way but I didn't like it. Next I watched a utube video with Angela Anderson painting an owl which I had a go at. I like how it turned out.
Fabric Design - Digital
I entered a Spoonflower contest entitled Rococo last week with this. I should have posted earlier then you could have voted for it LOL. I used colours that were used in original Rococo design.
Paint Party Friday is continuing for another year so join in the fun here
Lovely pieces as always!
ReplyDeletewonderful art all around! Must check out the owl tutorial. And that earthworm is so amazingly realistic. Happy PPF!
ReplyDeleteThese are beautiful pages, especially the owl is so beautifully painted but so is the teacup. I like the patterns very much, I would also like them as tiles.
ReplyDeleteHave a beautiful weekend, hug Elke
Lovel set of paintings.
ReplyDeleteHello Lin! I love your paintings, watercolor or acrylic, you are very talented! I think Angela Anderson is truly an angel on earth, I've watched her before and should again if I could ever get my cardmaking under control and find time. Your owl is fierce for sure! Happy PPF and weekend! xoxo
ReplyDeleteAwaome tea cup. Happy PPF
ReplyDeleteCoffee is on and stay safe
Wonderful work as always. Hugs, Valerie
ReplyDeleteOMGosh these are just beautiful even the worm. Great texture on him. Have a nice weekend.
ReplyDeleteThere is a lot of yellow in this blog post. Is that Orange Pekoe or Assam in that cup?
ReplyDeleteWhatever it is, I wouldn't be drinking it. I don't like tea apart from fruit infusions which are not really tea.
DeleteI'm not a worm fan (yes we need them) but your worm is beautiful!
ReplyDeleteChanging medium is good and fun. I haven't touch acrylics for a while...
These are all so good.
ReplyDeleteThe earthworm just amazing.
All the best Jan
